Business Development Executive will be responsible for the marketing of Software products of Visionics. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products . Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects .Report on all marketing activity and results to the Management. Develop pricing strategy. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
Experience in marketing engineering software products. Good communicational skills. Willing to travel all over India. Excellent people and management skills to interact with customers. Knowledge of Electronics CAD Software tools.

Design and maintenance of Company and associated web sites and Web Applications. Preparing HTML newsletters and other contents for business promotion. Person will be fully responsible for the layout, Visual appearance of web sites and any graphical design required. Experience in design and maintenance of web sites, Sound Knowledge of HTML ,CSS, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX ,ASP .Net using C#, MySQL, Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Joomla etc. Hands on experience in creating Web applications using ASP.NET,C# in .NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0 Strong understanding of HTML and Web design process. Ability to work independently and part of team. Knowledge of internet domain, security, web services, cross browser issues and IIS. Must be result oriented, self motivated.
